" Where do I even begin? This stay exceeded all of my expectations, and the were quite high to begin with. The house is spectacular and a steal for the price - the design is magazine-worthy, and our happiest moments (group of 8 friends), were spent at the house, lounging in a hammock or swimming in the infinity pool. Theo was a rockstar - so patient and responsive to my 600 questions and changes of plans. He helped us organize transportation, a yoga class, massages, and chef’s dinner, all on site, and they were all good standard recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough! Just book it! "

" Stunning Home. Amazing Views.
Typically when you rent a home on line, I expect it to be a bit more tattered than the photos well this was certainly NOT the case at Nido Nanzal. This house is incredibly beautiful and in pristine condition. The layout of the home was perfect with the bedrooms on the main floor where the pool is and then the kitchen/living area with the decks were upstairs. If someone wanted to rest downstairs you weren't disturbed by what was going on upstairs. I loved the clean lines and festive colors of the décor, I truly wouldn't change a thing. We all felt like we were immediately on vacation the moment we got to the house. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We discovered the pool light was out on our first night (not a big deal) but it was quickly fixed the next day. Theo, the manager is very friendly and super chill but also on it if you have any questions or requests. We rented the golf cart that is at the home plus two others from a company in town and they are definitely the way to go. They handled really well and were super fun to drive.I would highly recommend this house and hope to return to Sayulita and Nido Nanzal soon. Muchas gracias!

" This place exceeded our expectations by far! Tamra and Theo were very responsive to the many many emails I sent them with questions about the house before we got there. They arranged transportation through Sayulita VIP tours, which I highly recommend. The Suburbans picked us up at the airport with a cooler full of drinks, and stopped off at the grocery store before driving us to the house. Once we got to the house, it made all the planning worth while. The pictures do not do this place justice! Theo met us at the house to give us the tour and make sure we had everything we needed. We ended up spending most days in the pool, napping on the hammocks, and laying out on the decks before taking the golf cart into town for drinks and dinner. The staff went above and beyond; cleaning, fixing, and answering all our questions. The only reason I would not recommend this house, is because I want to keep it for myself. We will absolutely be back to rent this again someday. It was worth every penny! "

" Amazing stay in paradise
What a gorgeous home set in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Sayulita. The house has one of the most breath-taking views in which you can take in the sunset and watch the waves crash from the ocean. The home itself has a stunning and carefully thought out modern yet authentic Mexican-style design, great for big groups and families, with a pool to cool off in when not down at the beach. I would highly recommend Casa Nido Nanzal and would absolutely love to return to the paradise there again one day.

" The best of both worlds at one location
This was my first time in Sayulita, and I think I was spoiled by getting the chance to stay here. The views from the gorgeous swimming pool are fantastic, and the house is surrounded by an almost jungle-like setting with a huge variety of tropical plants and trees. The house itself has everything you could want -- a deck facing the ocean from one side to the other, beautiful fixtures, plenty of room upstairs in a great open setting and several nice bedrooms downstairs. Getting to town is just a quick golf cart ride or a nice walk away, as is the beach. Great place all around. "

" Staying at Casa Nido Nanzal is just like staying in a nest. Perfectly situated on a hilltop with amazing ocean vies from all levels and surrounded by lush green gardens. I am a "clean" freak and the house is spotless. The bedrooms are spacious with really comfy beds. You can relax in private, peace and quiet by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. The owner/manager provided lots of helpful information to make the stay more pleasant. I recommend that you go to the organic farmers market on Friday morning of the hand made tamales! "

" Our stay in Sayulita was amazing. The house is up in the hills so you can stay secluded when you want but just a short walk or golf cart ride (less than 5 min) to the main square in town. The house itself is very modern and open and has all the modern amenities but at the same time it's very true to the area and you feel like you're in the jungle with all the trees and plant life around the property. Very cool! The views are truly outstanding. There is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, roof-top hammocks, and lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out for larger groups. The town of Sayulita is a gem. Great beaches, restaurants, shopping and that authenticity and character that you won't get in the big resort areas. I also recommend taking a trip to the Marietas Islands while you're in the area. All in all, a great house and tons to do. Highly recommended! "

" We had the best time at Nido Nanzal! It was our first visit to Sayulita and we were spoiled to stay at such a gorgeous property. Theo was kind enough to arrange a cook to make us dinner on our first evening there and even convinced them to stay when our flight was over an hour delayed. Theo also helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport. The home is well stocked for cooking although we went out most nights. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we were all incredibly comfortable with the accommodations. We rented the golf cart and I would definitely recommend it. The hill is steep and the golf cart was a no-brainer with kids in tow. We also had several people ask where we found a 6 person golf cart. The beds are comfortable, the ac was welcomed while sleeping, and the outdoor dining area was heaven. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back! "
