Welcome to Casa Ava, an enchanting and comfortable vacation spot in Sayulita, Mexico. The house has been architecturally designed to maximize this southern Sayulita location offering privacy, sun, shade, breezes, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Northern coastline. The property is a duplex with the upper apartment is used exclusively by the owner who is seldom here. The house is perfect for two couples looking to enjoy a Sayulita Mexico experience in a private tranquil location. The house very comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 additional children can be accommodated on the built in couches in each room.

The house is comprised of one large master suite at street level that has a king size bed and couch that can be made into a single bed with large master bath attached. The second suite is at pool level with a king size bed, couch that can be made into a single bed, master bath, and private deck that can also access the pool. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning if you need it, though most of the year the ocean breezes are all you want. An outdoor shower and additional bathroom are close to the pool for your convenience. Each bedroom has a safe for your valuables. The kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor bar area to make this a place you want to hang out. The entire house has a water filtration system for purified water and ice. A bar area with four stools is a great place to enjoy a beverage while chatting with the cook in the kitchen. An eight person dining table and large built in couches outside on the veranda are covered with lighting and fans but open for breezes complete with an ocean/jungle view. The bar and sitting area is conveniently located next to pool that was built around three palm trees. There is also a tub that can be heated via a timer, *only in the evenings. There is maid service two times per week with all linens and towels included. A smart tv is located in the indoor sitting area with Netflix and other aps. Internet is provided.

Casa Ava is located on the southern end of Sayulita about a 10-minute walk from the village plaza and main surfing beach. Guests can enjoy a 10-minute stroll through virgin jungle to the less active Playa Los Muertos offering a family swimming environment. A rental car or golf cart is not necessary but recommended if you plan to be making frequent trips to town center or carrying a lot of food, beer, etc.
